1/Description:
- Use 10 Yaskawa robots.
- Belt grinding machine system, copper wire wheel grinding system.
- Necessary grinding assemblies.
- Product level system.
- Product rotation system.
- The system sends products out for workers to pick up and check.
=> Completely automate the grinding process with Cycle time from 30 - 40 seconds.
2/Principle of operation:
- Robot 1 picks up the product in 1 of 2 Jig clusters on the rotary table, passes it through grinding machines 01 and 02 to polish the product's exterior.
- Then pass through grinding machine 03 to grind 3 groove positions into bolt holes highlighted in red and place on the intermediate JIG to clamp the goods and move to the position of robot 02.
- Robot 02 will go down and turn the spindle-mounted tool head to hit the pin pins and the position with the outside of the product.
- Then, robot 2 turns the picking tool head, picks up the product and passes it to grinding machine position 03 to grind the groove positions into the remaining bolt holes.
- Robot picks up goods and puts them on the conveyor belt, to take them outside for workers to check.
